At Sri Vari Trading Corporation, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every order reaches you safely and in perfect condition. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Missing Product / Item Claim
If any product is missing from your order:
You must provide a complete unboxing video showing the parcel opening clearly from start to end, without any cuts or edits.
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Once verified, we will refund or replace the missing items as per availability.
2. Defective or Failed Product Claim
If any product fails to burst or is defective:
You must share a clear video of the bursting attempt showing the product label and the failure during use.
Without a proper video sample, refund or replacement cannot be processed.
Once verified, a refund or replacement will be arranged for the defective item only.
3. Order Cancellation / Change of Mind
If you no longer need the package, you must inform us before the dispatch of goods.
Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation or refund will be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable) will be made after deducting any payment gateway or handling charges.
4. General Conditions
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after claim approval.
All refund claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Our decision after verification will be final and binding.
